How do I purchase a firearm online?
Buying guns online is both safe and easy, and it saves you time and money. However, there are certain Federal and Local laws that must be adhered to.
Are you an FFL dealer?
Yes, we are an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer located in Virginia.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax of 4.5% is applied to all items sold.
Do you export or ship overseas?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
Do you have specific items (gun, hat, bag, etc.) in stock?
We have quite a few items in stock however there may be items that are not in stock. For most items, we can turn them around in 2-3 days.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not except PayPal due to their current terms.
How are items shipped?
All Handguns ship either USPS Priority Mail or Second-Day Air to your local FFL. Long Guns are shipped Ground to your local FFL. All Black Powder Guns and Ammunition are sent Ground only. Ammunition is shipped Ground. Airguns are sent either Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We utilize a variety of shipping methods for other items.
Can I pick up my purchase in the store?
Yes – Virginia residents are welcome to pick up firearms during normal business hours, with proper ID and Permit.
Do you honor online prices at your location?
In most cases, yes. However, these prices are honored on a pay-and-carry basis and are not applicable for trade-ins or layaway.
Do you ship to California?
Unfortunately, due to California’s restrictive Proposition 65 requirements, we are no longer shipping ANY products into the state of California.
Do you ship to Massachusetts?
Due to Massachusetts’ recent decision to try to collect sales tax retroactively from out-of-state businesses, we no longer ship anything to the state of Massachusetts.
Can I special order a particular item?
Yes – we can special order items. Additional time will be required for acquisition and delivery and a deposit will be required, which will be applied to the total purchase price of the item.
Do you have a specific gun in stock that is not listed on this site?
We do have items on consignment that are not currently listed on our website. Please Contact us and let us know so we can check for you.
Is there a warranty on my new gun?
New guns have a warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Do you require a FFL to ship a gun?
Any modern cartridge firearm (made after 1898) must ship to an FFL dealer in your area. Before we can ship, we require payment and a signed copy of your local dealers FFL.
Can you ship a Black Powder gun directly to me?
Yes. We require a copy of your valid driver’s license or state ID showing your age and current address. We will only ship to the address on the license. This information can either be mailed to us with payment or scanned then emailed to our facility. The package will be sent Adult Signature Required, please make sure someone 21 or older will be there to sign for it.
Can you ship an Airgun directly to me?
In order to ship an Airgun to you, we require a copy of your valid driver’s license or state ID showing your age and current address. We will only ship to the address on the license. The package will be sent Adult Signature Required, please make sure someone 18 or older will be there to sign for it.
Note: We cannot ship Airguns to the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey and New York nor the following cities: New York (and surrounding area) and Washington DC.
Can you ship parts, clothing, accessories, etc… directly to me?
We can ship almost all parts & accessories directly to any customer in the US. Please note that we cannot ship any reloading products, ammunition, or cleaning products to residents of California due to Proposition 65.
We cannot ship Cartridge Firing Antique Handguns directly to residents of CA, CT, DC, IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, & NY; they MUST ship to a regular FFL Dealer. We cannot ship Cartridge Firing Antique Rifles to residents of CA, DC, IL, MA, MD, MI, & NJ; they MUST ship to a local FFL Dealer.
Antique & Modern Black Powder (Percussion, Flintlock, Cap & Ball or 209 Primer) firearms can be shipped directly to most locations. We will only ship Antiques & Black Powder guns to addresses in the United States. We cannot ship any Black Powder guns to the following cities: New York & Surrounding Area, Washington DC, Chicago/Oak Park, San Francisco or Los Angeles. We cannot ship any Modern Black Powder or Antique Pistols, Rifles or Shotguns to IL, MD, MI or NJ; they MUST ship to a local FFL Dealer.
